Hey guys!

Today I was tagged by Stephanie from Goddess Mnemosyne to do this tag. What the heck, right? Let's just get into it because it's a little long :)

1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?

It's naturally straight with a little wave

2. What is your natural hair colour?

Mousy Brown

3. Do you dye it yourself or go to a salon?

I dye it myself

4. How often do you wash your hair?

About twice a week. On the other days I use dry shampoo

5. Do you wear the same style every day or change it?

Well, since I started working I'm kind of limited on what I can wear but of course I wear what I want. I may feel nautical one day, super girly another day, maybe a little chic, or another day I may channel my inner Taylor Momsen

6. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?

I do my own. Sometimes I think I do a better job.

7. How often to you change your nail polish?

Lately, not very often. But I typically change it when it starts to chip or I get tired of looking at a color.

8. Do you polish your toes in the winter, too or just in the summer?

I do, but I change the color more often in the summer.

9. How long does it take to put on your makeup?

About an hour. It really depends on how awake I am in the morning or how distracted I am with the music playing on my iPhone or the YouTube videos I'm watching.

10. What do you do first? Face or eyes?

Face. I've tried doing the eyes first, but I like doing my face makeup first instead.

11. Do you "collect" makeup or just buy what you need when you need it?

I am a bit of a collector but I research usually before I buy something so I don't have a crazy collection.

12. How often do you wear false eyelashes?

I wear them every so often but I used to wear them daily when I worked at a beauty counter.

13. Do you do a full face of makeup every day?

No. Sometimes it's just the basic things like concealer, powder, blush, and mascara, but if I'm going to work or have to be at an event or meeting, then I definitely wear a full face.

14. Do you wear makeup when you are home alone (or with family)?

Sometimes but typically not.

15. Will you leave the house without makeup?

Yes, but rarely. I usually have AT LEAST concealer on.

16. How many high end products do you have?

Do I really need to count? My collection mainly consists of drugstore but I do have higher-end things like Chanel, MAC, Urban Decay, etc.

17. How often do you wash your makeup brushes?

Not as often as I should...

18. Do you plan your OOTD every night or decide when you are getting dressed?

I decide on an outfit the night before if it's something special, but typically I just wait til morning.

19. How often do you change your handbag?

Eh, every season or so, but I do like to use little hand bags when I need to down size for the day.

20. What time do you get up & go to sleep?

I typically go to sleep around 11:30 pm and wake up around 5:45-6:00 am

21. How often & when do you workout?

NOT NEARLY AS MUCH AS I SHOULD! Pretty much none-existent lately.

22. Left-handed or Right-handed?

Right-handed.

23. How tall are you?

5'6"

24. Do you speak a foreign language?

I tried that once... It was a complete fail. My poor Spanish teacher.

25. How many pets do you have?

I have 2 snakes- Molly and Chanel (which I refer to as Baby Snake). Molly is a Mexican Black Kingsnake and Baby Snake is a Ball Python.

26. How often are you on Blogger?

I check it nearly everyday but don't spend as much time on it as I used to. Life is getting in the way. I really wish I had more time to dedicate to blogging. I miss it in a way.

27. Do you read the comments posted blogs?

Yeah, I do.

28. Do you keep a list of products to try as you see other posts?

I typically keep a mental list of things I want to try. If I start to forget or the list becomes ridiculously long, then I'll pin the things I want to my Pinterest.

29. How did you come up with your blog name?

It just kind of came to me. I knew I wanted it to be "beauty" something because it doesn't limit the things I can talk about on my blog. "Beauty" can be a multitude of things.

30. What kind of camera do you use for photographs?

Sony Cybershot DSC-H20

31. How often do you clean your house? (Daily, weekly, other)

I pick up around the house everyday but I clean once a week.

32. What is your favourite colour?

Pink

33. What is your favorite beauty/fashion magazine?

I actually like the TWO magazine from Pixiwoo

34. Do you swear?

Yes...

35. What are you doing with the rest of your day?

Well, today is my 24th Burfdayyyy!!! I'm actually in the middle of baking myself a cake. :P

Let's jump right into it!

1) What drink do you order at Starbucks?

I love fraps! I like the Chocolate Cookie Crumble, Mocha Cookie Crumble, Java Chip, and Caramel frappuccino.

Mmmmmmmmm

2) What's one thing in your closet you couldn't live without?
My blazers. I have one in almost every color.

3) What's one thing people don't know about you?
I've never jumped off a diving board.

4) What's one thing you want to do before you die?
Swim with dolphins and travel outside of the country (Paris, Australia, Japan...)

5) What's the one food you can't live without?
I have a HUGE sweet tooth (more like sweet teeth) I love anything sweet.

6) What's one quote you live by?
"Everything happens for a reason." I truly believe everything happens for a reason- whether it's good or bad. People come into your life for all reasons. Bad things happen so you can grow from them and become a stronger person.

7) What's one thing you like and dislike about the blogging community?
One thing I like about the blogging community is that I feel like I've built relationships with people who have the same interests as me. People who are just as freakin obsessed about lipstick, eyeshadow, nail polish, and clothes as I am. I love it.
One thing I don't like is spam comments. They're so annoying!

8) What's your number one song on iTunes?
Today, it's "We Can't Stop" by Miley Cyrus and "22" by T. Swift.

9) What kind of style would you describe yourself as having?

My style varies from day to day but I mainly like to dress "cute." Think dressy casual. If you check out Look Book board on my Pinterest or my pics on Instagram you will get an idea of what I typically wear.

10) What's your favorite number?

11) Two hobbies?
Doing/buying makeup and going shopping. That's pretty much my life. :)

12) Two pet peeves?
I CANNOT STAND when people smack their food loudly with their mouths open. Oh. My. Goodness... Seriously, it absolutely disgusts me. lol
I also can't stand when people drink bottled drinks with their lips wrapped around the entire opening, suck the drink out to the point where the plastic bottle sucks in, and when they release, the bottle pops out with a loud sound. UGH! (I know that was pretty specific but I've seen so many people do it lol)

13) Your guilty pleasure?
Lately, it's been Candy Crush on my iPhone.

Earlier this week-
Brandon: "Will you not play that game today?..."
Me: "What game?"
Brandon: "Candy Crush."
Me: "Why?"
Brandon: "I just want to see if you can go a whole day without playing it."

You know you're obsessed when your boyfriend asks you to not play Candy Crush and pay more attention to him. lol

Winterlicious Tag!

1) Favorite Winter Nail Polish?

I typically like to wear reds and gold glitters during the Christmas holiday.

2) Favorite Winter lip product?

I loooove to rock a red lip (so classic). I also like wearing darker brick lipcolors because what other time is it acceptable it wear it without looking goth? As for chapstick, I like to lather on Burt's Bees.

3) Most worn Winter clothing piece?

My red jacket that I received for Christmas last year from Brandon's mom. I love it and wear it every chance I get.

4) Most worn Winter accessory?

In general, during the colder months I like to wear scarves. I also love to wear my snowflake earrings. I've had them for close to 10 years and I wear them every year!

5) Favorite winter scent/candle?

I like the smell of Vanilla and Sugar Cookies.

6) Favorite Winter beverage?

I love to drink Hot Chocolate! Oh my goodness. Mmmmm

7) All time favorite Christmas/Holiday movie?

Elf. Definitely. Haha I love Will Ferrel and I especially love him in this movie.

8) Favorite Christmas/Holiday song?
I catch myself singing this song all the time...

9) Favorite Holiday food/treat?

Nothing particular comes to mind. I do know that I like to eat chocolate... Way too much chocolate.

10) What is your favorite Christmas Decoration this year?

My T-Rex. Hands down. He'll be my favorite for a long time. It'll take a while for the new to wear off of him. Plus, I'm pretty sure he's the reason why I won the patio decorating contest!

11) What's at the top of your Christmas list?

A NEW CAR! lol just kidding... but not really.

I would like to get a MAC or Sephora giftcard, Sigma brushes, and money.
